Steamboat Springs Tuesday, Dec. 2
5:39 a.m. A noise complaint was received from the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue, where a diesel truck was idling.
6:08 a.m. A noise complaint was received from the 2500 block of Après Ski Way, where a dog had been barking for 10 minutes. Police were unable to locate the animal.
7:19 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies assisted a motorist near mile marker 127 on U.S. Highway 40.
8:24 a.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 28800 block of Skyline Drive. Everything was fine.
9:22 a.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on Pamela Lane, where a snowplow ran over a dog. The dog was killed. Police took a report.
10:03 a.m. Vandalism was reported at Willow Court and Lupine Drive, where graffiti had been spray-painted on a mail clusterbox. Police took a report.
11:13 a.m. A stolen vehicle was reported on Routt County Road 27 near Hayden. Sheriff’s Office deputies took a report.
12:35 p.m. Steamboat Springs police assisted with a lockdown drill at Steamboat Springs High School.
12:41 p.m. Vandalism was reported in the 1500 block of Mustang Run, where a “no trespassing” sign was broken off its post and stolen sometime Sunday night. Police took a report.
1:09 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report.
2:29 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from the 500 block of Rollingstone Drive, where parked cars were impeding the right of way.
3:19 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 30200 block of Country Green Lane. Everything was fine.
3:52 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. Everything was fine.
6:08 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 700 block of Anglers Court. Everything was fine.
7:08 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2900 block of Eagleridge Drive. Everything was fine.
8:07 p.m. A 23-year-old Hayden woman was arrested during a traffic stop on Athens Plaza on suspicion of driving under denial, no proof of insurance, defective license plate lamp and an outstanding warrant.
